The Lisa.fm Book Club is exploring The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom, the spiritual classic by don Miguel Ruiz.  In the book, Ruiz suggests that everything we do is based on agreements (beliefs) that we’ve made throughout our lives.  By reviewing our beliefs, and letting go of the ones that no longer serve us, we have the opportunity to create a more fulfilling life.
